HALLOWEEN PRANKS

Today Halloween vandalism usually takes the form of toilet paper over trees but a hundred years ago, the vandalism was more extensive. It was a common prank to steal outhouses and place them in odd places and stealing gates was also rather common.

APPLE PARTY GAME

I used to play this game when I was a child in the 1960's, at Halloween parties, but with donuts. The object of the game was to eat enough of the pastry so it will fall off the string, if you were first you got a prize. I assume it's the same thing for apples, although I think it will take longer using apples.
